the room was large.
I requested a buggy, but it took a while to arrive. the air conditioning in the gym wasn't working very well, so it felt stuffy. food service was slow. My breakfast order took almost 45 minutes one morning.

The villa was spacious and offered plenty of privacy, appreciated.
The food and beverage options were a HUGE disappointment. The quality was consistently poor across all outlets and at every meal (i tried about 15 dishes). Even basic condiments tasted cheap. there was no indoor lunch option, so guests had to eat outside in the heat. (i found it unbelievable)

The resort location is tranquil. So much thought has gone into creating the perfect spaces. We enjoyed each facility. The beach was idyllic! It had fine views and was relaxing. The team was so attentive. We loved the horizon adult-only pool set above the bay.

We ate in all the restaurants and they were Excellent!!! The variety of food and the quality were five stars. We loved the atmosphere at dinner. The Beach Grill provided nice service.

The hotel has numerous buggies. They transfer guests between the reception area, the bedrooms, and the restaurants. The buggies also provide service to the pool and the beach. It was SOOOO convenient!!!

The resort is set in the rainforest. It can easily be reached from the airport in 15 to 20 minutes. The location allows easy access to local restaurants by taxi too.
